Trevion

Supported steering: batteries, PV, imbalance market

Trevion is an external energy and flexibility partner that operates the connected assets by sending steering signals to the EMS. The integration uses a certificate-secured MQTT connection: the controller connects to Trevion's MQTT broker and exchanges setpoints over the connection.

Connection method

  • Protocol: MQTT (TLS, client-certificate authentication)

  • Broker: mqtt.energy.trevi-env.com

What we need to connect

To enable the Trevion integration, the following must be provided by Trevion and configured in the project's energy trading settings:

Credential
Description

Site ID

Identifies the site within Trevion's platform

Client certificate

X.509 certificate used to authenticate the connection

Private key

Private key belonging to the client certificate
